I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, townhomes, condominiums and income property within the cities of Burlingame to San Jose and have listed and sold in all areas. I keep current of all transactions and am also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

I also specialize in relocation (both nationally and internationally) and work intimately within the same areas as mentioned above. I provide my clients with detailed tours of all cities of interest including - neighborhoods of interest, schools, location to downtown area, shopping, restaurants, parks, etc., so they can have a true "feel" of the community they are interested in before purchasing a home.

Lastly, with my designation of SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), I add quality service to my clients from the "baby boomer" generation to their aging parents. In this regard, I am able to help my clients purchase either a "2nd" home, retirement property or investment property either in California or out-of-state.

With my "team" of experts, I am able to help our "seniors" to be able to "downsize" with less stress upon them and their children. My "team" consists of an attorney (if necessary), financial planner (if necessary), lender (if necessary), CPA (if necessary), an organizer, a stager and movers. Whether you (or your parents/grandparents) have lived in your (their) home for 35 years or less and don't know where to start, we can take care of all the tedious tasks involved in moving and preparing and selling the home.
